UPDATE: Paving has been completed early! 7th Street between Alder and Birch, Laurel Street between 6th and 7th, and Birch Street between 6th and 8th have been reopened. Thank you all for your patience!

Beginning November 26, 2019, paving construction will be continuing throughout the City of Shelton’s Basin 3 area. The City and Pivetta Brothers Construction will be continuing their partnership on paving in various areas.

The major areas include:

  • 7th Street between Alder and Laurel Streets
  • Laurel Street between 6th and 7th Streets
  • Birch Street between 6th and 8th Streets

Basin 3 Paving 11.26

Construction hours are anticipated to be Tuesday, November 26 through Wednesday, November 27 from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm.

There will be limited access to vehicles from November 26 to November 27. Any vehicles left in the roadways will be towed at the owner’s expense.

Scheduled paving is weather dependent.
